Screw is made of high quality 38CrMoAIA or 1.8550 forging material, tempered HV290-320, surface plasma surfacing nickel-based alloy, alloy thickness ≥ 1.7mm, hardness HRC58, NITREX nitriding furnace overall nitriding after finishing, nitriding depth 0.5-0.7mm, hardness HV860-980. Metallographic structure grade 2 or above.
