The barrel was made of high quality 38CrMoAIA forged material, tempered with HB290-320. After finishing, NITREX nitriding furnace was used to nitride the whole. The nitriding depth was 0.5-0.7mm and the hardness was HV860-980.
The barrel is made of 42CrMo material, tempered HB290-320, and is inlaid with German HPT1 powder alloy sleeve. Alloy thickness greater than 7 mm, hardness HRC58-62, barrel shell can be recycled, wear can be replaced with internal alloy sleeve.
